    The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution on page two, in the third Whereas clause, by striking out “1652” and inserting in lieu thereof “30-65-19.63”;

    On page two, in the Resolved clause, by striking out “1652” and inserting in lieu thereof “30-65-19.63”;

    And,

    By striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Requesting the Division of Highways to name the bridge located at Lenore, Mingo County, West Virginia, Route 65 milepost 19.63, which was built in 1947, specifically bridge number 30-65-19.63, the “US Army Staff Sergeant Cornelius Nebo Lackey Memorial Bridge”.
